BDSMLR has gone the route of Tumblr and deleted my blog. To my knowledge I did not have any underaged people on my blog and I am very much against that kind of thing. They provided no evidence and since they have deleted the entire thing I have no way of appealing or questioning or proving that any pictures were NOT of people who are underaged. I would have happily deleted anything they found questionable.
So basically they can and will destroy blogs with no questions asked, and unlike Tumblr, you have no hope of getting your content back if you win an appeal.
